FREE YOUR INNER WRITER: STEP ELEVEN
Write a positive, modifying statement about your one week goal. This should be something you can read to yourself upon awakening and just before retiring each evening. Use this modifying statement daily as you seek to fulfill your one week goal.
As you progress further, write a new statement and use it actively for each of your goals. Remembering that each week should have its own new goal and positive statement to work toward your major goals. Our next course will be very specific regarding how to develop working goals and objectives. For now, just be as specific as possible.
Go on to Step Twelve, and don’t forget to write any reactions, ideas and emotions in your notebook.
