Free Your Inner Writer: Step Five
Guess what?
Believe it or not, writers write. So here’s your mission: 1. In your notebook, for each of the next five days, set aside time to relax and fill at least one of the pages with words of your own. The subject doesn’t matter. What matters is writing and consistently filling the page or pages.
2. Once you have done that, spend the next five days filling at least two pages.
3. Continue to increase the pages you fill until you can consistently fill four pages in your notebook for five consecutive days. Then move on.
4. And as always, remember to write down any thoughts, emotions or reactions this exercise inspires.
